Privacy notice

How Minovate handles information submitted through this website.

Last updated: 16 August 2026

Who is responsible

Minovate, the operator of minovate.io, is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. For privacy questions or requests, email support@minovate.io.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we collect the name, business email, business or sector, and message you choose to provide.

We may also collect limited technical and aggregated usage information needed to keep the website secure, reliable and useful. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the contact form.

Why we use it

We use contact information to answer enquiries, understand a potential project and take steps requested before entering a contract. If you become a customer, we also process information needed to deliver and manage the service agreement.

We use limited technical and usage information for our legitimate interests in protecting, maintaining and improving the website. We do not use contact form data for automated decisions.

Who receives it

We share information only when needed with service providers that support our website and communications, including Vercel for hosting and website analytics and Resend for email delivery. We may also share it with professional advisers or authorities when legally required.

We do not sell personal information. Providers may process information outside the UK or European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on recognised transfer safeguards and contractual protections.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond, assess the proposed work, manage any resulting business relationship, and meet legal, accounting or security obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your personal information. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You may also complain to the Portuguese CNPD, the UK Information Commissioner's Office, or the data protection authority where you live.

Email support@minovate.io to exercise a right. We may need to confirm your identity before completing a request.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our website, services or legal duties change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
